- Arrival of delegates at São Paulo Guarulhos International airport
- Welcome dinner and overnight at the Quality Inn Airport Hotel, São Paulo
Day 5 - 26th June 2007
- To São Joaquim, sightseeing and visit to local artisans, lunch in São Joaquim
- To Termas do Gravatal, via Serra do Rio do Rastro
- Dinner and overnight at the Hotel Internacional
Day 6 - 27th June 2007
- To Braço do Norte, and visit to Ilson Loch's herd
- Visit to Antenor Loch's herd, and lunch in Braço do Norte at Edesio Oenning's home
- Visit to Necka Loch's farm
- Visit to Edesio Oenning's herd
- Dinner and overnight at the Hotel Internacional, Termas do Gravatal
Day 7 - 28th June 2007
- To Indaial, and farm visit to Sitio Recanto da Cachoeira owned by Nelson Ziehlsdorff - and lunch at farm
- To Timbó, and farm visit to Granja São Frederico owned by Ingomar Ittner
- To Blumenau, visit to glass factory and Eisenbahn brewery (and tasting!!), and overnight at the Viena Hotel

- Return to São Paulo and Grand Mercure Hotel
- Dinner and presentation of agriculture in Colombia

- To Piracaia, and farm visit to Fazenda Nogueira Montanhês owned by Ney Borges Nogueira

- Dinner at French restaurant, Marcel's - and presentation by representatives from Sansuy SA of their biodigestor system

- To Lorena, and farm visit to neighbour of Eduardo Kashiwagi (Vale Florido) - and lunch at farm
- To Bonagura's farm and on-farm demonstration of the Sansuy SA biodigestor system
- To Rio de Janeiro, dinner and overnight at the Luxor Regency Hotel

- Farm visit to Fazenda Cananéia owned by Garaldo and Anna Calmon - and lunch at farm

- To Barbacena (Minas Gerais states), and to Hotel Grogotó for - dinner and presentation on Argentina agriculture
