Early Bird Discount
In order to be eligible for the early payment discount (applicable to the Jersey week only) you need to complete and submit your form no later than 10th January 2008.
Connecting Flights & Ferries
If you book directly with The Royal Jersey Agricultural and Horticultural Society, please note that you are responsible for booking all international travel to the starting destination of your chosen tour and also the flight connections* between the UK and Jersey (which applies whether you are starting the tour in the UK or joining us directly in Jersey).
If you are travelling from Jersey to France with us (for the Post Conference week tour); the price of the cross Channel ferry ** from Jersey to France is included in your total price for the Post Conference tour.
* The flight between the UK and Jersey is not included in your tour price. (We recommend using London Gatwick (LGW) for your Jersey Airport (JER) connection using either British Airways or Flybe).
** The cross Channel ferry from Jersey to France is included within the Post Conference tour total price.
Payments for all tour weeks need to be submitted no later than 10th April 2008.
Alternative Tours
A number of Alternative Tours are offered during the UK and Jersey Tour Weeks. In order for us to gauge provisional numbers, we should be grateful if you would indicate on your registration form, for each delegate, if you are likely to take up these Alternative Tours.
