Hall of Fame
The Jersey breed was officially established on the island of Jersey in 1866. Thanks to its remarkable adaptability, it was exported around the world and has since become the second most important dairy breed globally - and the breed is still growing.
The history of Jersey breeding is shaped by exceptional cows whose outstanding performances and unique qualities left a lasting legacy in their time. The World Jersey Hall of Fame celebrates these extraordinary animals who played a vital role in the development of the breed in their respective countries.

This page will be regularly updated with new stories of remarkable Jersey cows, which will also be shared on our social media channels.
